We are a collective of experts joining together to rethink business as usual

Most of Lab21st consultants are freelance experts scattered across Europe. We have different superpowers but are on a common quest to see new connections and get actual regenerative action off the ground.

Depending on what kind of challenge we are faced with we set flexible teams spanning our skillsets.

As a collective we bridge design thinking, circular economy, regenerative practices, corporate innovation and technical and sector-specific sustainability know-how. We work in teams with intentional divergence in how we think and approach challenges to make sure we  act as systemic as possible.
